When your order has been picked up for delivery and the shipping company has assigned your Order their/your "Tracking Number", we will immediately e-mail you with an Internet Link to the Common Carrier/Trucking Company or FEDEX, which will include your "Tracking Number". PLEASE NOTE: Air Beds Unlimited Does Not Assign The "Tracking Numbers". The shipping/delivery companies assign tracking numbers to your order, when they pick up your shipment for delivery, and not before. Please Remember that We Quote Approximately 7-12 "BUSINESS DAYS" for NORMAL DELIVERY*, although we will do everything possible to deliver your new Air Bed(s), Adjustable Bed Frames and Replacement Air Bed Parts, as quickly as possible. Rarely, we may be out of a specific component, which can delay shipment. Parts orders will normally arrive sooner. Once you receive the "Tracking" email from us, simply click the shipping company link or enter the link into your address bar. Then Enter Your Tracking# into the track shipping box or space, on the shippers link. The carrier will be able to tell you exactly where your shipment is currently located and when you can expect delivery. If your Air Bed is shipped via a Trucking Company, a dispatcher/scheduler is instructed to call and arrange an appointment, for a convenient delivery time. if you wish, you may contact the dispatch terminal directly and discuss delivery arrangements. Standard FEDEX GROUND/HOME does not schedule delivery times, but again FEDEX FREIGHT will call to set up a convenient delivery window.

We also offer a "WHITE GLOVE" delivery service, for an additional charge. "White Glove" delivery will normally take somewhat longer than our standard delivery, due to additional scheduling and logistical arrangements. Not all areas have the White Glove Service available.
